Standard Session
This type of session is suitable for most issues, if you are unsure of the type of service that you need. Sessions are 50 minutes. The first session is comprised of a detailed history-take plus the first round of relaxation. Hypnotherapy is not designed to be long-term, and most people are surprised at just how few sessions are needed. Each session is bespoke to you and various techniques will be used dependent on you and your issue. I am committed to providing effective and personalised support to each of my clients.
Smoking Cessation
This is a one – off, two – hour session. You experience both active participation in the hypnotic process as well as a great deal of post – hypnotic suggestions. This technique can be extremely effective in enabling you to quit smoking as we endeavour to identify triggers and associations, create new associations, enhance motivation and willpower and build coping strategies. During a smoking cessation hypnotherapy session, I will guide you into a relaxed state and use suggestions and visualisations to help reframe the mindset and beliefs associated with smoking.
It’s important to note that smoking cessation hypnotherapy may vary in effectiveness from person to person.
Anxiety & Stress Management
My comprehensive 6 – week programme is a special used form of hypnotherapy that aims to help you reduce anxiety, manage stress, and develop effective coping strategies. I utilise hypnosis techniques to access your subconscious mind and create positive changes in thought patterns, emotions, and behaviours related to anxiety and stress.
During a hypnotherapy session focused on anxiety and stress management, I will guide you into a relaxed state and use various techniques such as deep relaxation, cognitive restructuring, self – empowerment and emotional regulation to address specific concerns.
Confidence & Self-esteem
This 3 weeks plan is designed for people who want an intensive programme to combat low self – confidence or self – esteem issues. My sessions will be tailored to suit your specific requirements and will include hypnosis techniques to access the subconscious mind and address underlying beliefs, thought patterns, and emotions that may be contributing to low self – confidence or self – esteem. During this hypnotherapy programme we will aim to activate your inner strength resources, overcome limiting beliefs and encourage self-acceptance and self-love. Note that confidence and self – esteem issues can also be dealt with in a series of one – hour sessions.
